(C) I UNDERSTAND I AM ALWAYS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN ACTIONS. I ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RELATION TO A COACHING OR TRAINING SESSION AS WELL AS ALL OUTCOMES AND RESULTS.
(D) IN THE EVENT THAT I DIVULGE INFORMATION THAT THE FACILITATOR DETERMINES INDICATES THAT I AM AT RISK TO MYSELF OR OTHERS, I UNDERSTAND THE FACILITATOR IS LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE TO NOTIFY THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES.

THE LIMITATIONS ON B EduCARE and its officers, employees, and independent contractors ABOVE SHALL APPLY WHETHER OR NOT B EduCARE its officers, employees, and independent contractors IS NEGLIGENT OR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH LOSSES ARISING.

Admission Policy

Note: Cheque/DD – Cheques should be drawn in favor of BEST Educare. payable in Mumbai (Dishonoured/ Bounced Cheques will attract a penalty of Rs.500/-)

A sum of Rs.2000 per month would be levied if installments are not paid on or before the due date after the 3 grace days.

Refund Policy –

We recommend doing proper research & know the program details before joining any of our programs.

For Self-Study Material or Books / Online / Live programs /  Distance Learning Programs –

No Refund under Any Circumstances

For Classroom Program

• 100 % Refund if Applied on admission day only (Minus 20% Admission Fees, Book cost if used & cost of online account if created )
• 20% of the Fees are Not Refundable as Admission Fees under all circumstances
• No Refund after 24 Hours from the admission 
• Online Video Lectures will be provided where we are not permissible to conduct classroom lectures ( eg. during lockdowns )

Note –

- The refund process will be initiated only after written application by the student

- The amount will be Refunded in 45-60 Day’s via Cheque / NEFT

- Management reserves the right to change the refund policy if Required.

- No Refund Provided if the student not disclosed proper qualifications/details before joining the program and found not eligible during the exam.

- No Refund if Government / Exam Conducting body canceled the exam or changed the syllabus or pattern / Changed the Eligibility and found the student not eligible for the program

- Maximum liability is limited to INR 500 for any loss/damage by using our paid programs/services ( not applicable for Free Programs / Services )

If purchased books online -

- Within 24 hours we will share shipping details with tracking ID to track the courier.

- Generally, the courier takes max. 4/5 Working Days to reach

- Inform us within 7 working days from purchase if not received the courier so we can trace with the courier ID

- Don't order if the area is under containment zone / where courier deliveries are not possible

- We will reattempt the courier if it is not getting delivered in 1st attempt ( with the different courier company if required ) 

B Educare reserves the right to take disciplinary action against you or even expel you from the training program in case of any acts of misbehavior or you are caught in any illegal/ fraudulent activities. You cannot claim any refund under such circumstances. No Refunds will be given in any case and registration can be canceled by B EduCARE for any anti-batch activity.

• Any revision in any fee will be at the discretion of B EduCARE and shall be revised from time to time. 

• Courseware, content and Fees Structure may be changed at the discretion of B Educare.

• B Educare reserves the right to prepare the program schedule and modify the same.

• B Educare reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class on prior notice.

• B Educare reserves the right to change/modify its terms and conditions

• Disputes if any would be resolved amicably by mutual discussion. In case it cannot be resolved it will be referred to arbitration of a sole arbitrator appointed by B Educare. The arbitration shall be governed by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any other statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force and any award or awards of such arbitrator shall be binding on all the parties to the said dispute. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted at Mumbai. Exclusive jurisdictions would be conferred on the courts at Mumbai.

Special Note - buying / using any of the programs of B EduCARE ( BEST EDUCARE ) I give full right to B EduCARE to use my name, photo, and scores for marketing / promotional activity.
